We have duly executed the Agreement for Sale dated 7th January 2019 with the builder SMR Builders Pvt Ltd and got the Agreements registered with The Sub Registrar Office at District Ranga Reddy, Telengana on 7th January 2019. The details of the flats purchased are as follows – Building Stanley 1A (4 flats) – 1206, 1405, 1908, 2308 and in Building Stanley 1B (1 flat) – 2001. Please note that the above mentioned flats are already purchased and are registered in our name. Accordingly, no one shall be dealing with the abovementioned flats and if someone is found to be dealing with the same, they shall be liable for the civil as well as criminal legal consequences at their own costs.

The details of the flats purchased are as follows – Building Stanley 1A (1 flat) – 2310 and in Building Stanley 1B (5 flats) – 905, 1102, 1104, 1109 and 2007. Please note that the above mentioned flats are already purchased and are registered in our name. Accordingly, no one shall be dealing with the abovementioned flats and if someone is found to be dealing with the same, they shall be liable for the civil as well as criminal legal consequences at their own costs.

The details of the flats purchased are as follows – Building Stanley 1A (9 flats) – 807, 1208, 1301, 1607, 1709, 1906, 2209, 2306, 2511 and in Building Stanley 1B (18 flats) – 1003, 1006, 1008, 1101, 1107, 1110, 1402, 1408, 1503, 1507, 1701, 1702, 1712, 1803, 1810, 2002, 2004 and 2009. Please note that the above mentioned flats are already purchased and are registered in our name. Accordingly, no one shall be dealing with the abovementioned flats and if someone is found to be dealing with the same, they shall be liable for the civil as well as criminal legal consequences at their own costs.
