Even the committed facilities in club house are not provided. No security at the gates to control outsiders which is a serious security threat to the residents.. On top of it club house is mis utilized by Managing Director by providing it to his relatives to conduct art of living courses whereas the club house is not provided to the owners ( residents) to conduct cultural activities to the kids or residents of the kids.

17 B. Sachin prasad 9951435272 b.sachin.prasad@gmail.com Hi RERA team. My concern is on RERA rules not being followed by builder "Vikhyath infra developers". They hide full details of project for quick sale, they rush us and collect more than 10% without agreement signed, they say that they not have cancellation policy, they also say that they have rights to deduct 40% while refund as per their policies irrespecting of whether we have an agreement letter signed, if they sell the same plot with discount to someone else that discount should be bared by us from our booking amount. Is this what rera act says? "I booked a plot in this project and cancelled it in just couple of weeks. I waited for 4 months for refund and finally met CHAIRMAN Sreedhar reddy directly on 6th Jan 2022 and requested for refund as I am in urgent need for my fathers treatment who is suffering from cancer. They took advantage of my situated, bargained and deducted 10% amount and refunded it to me (i.e., 270000 out of 300000). Are we really bound to lose such a huge amount just for booking a plot? My father is no more now and It left me with regrets that i spent much of my time communicating with Vikhyath infra dev staff instead of spending with my father in his last days. I still see many customers are roaming around for the amount refund from this company and are facing huge humiliations and disrespect from vikyath staff. I can provide you full details, but i didn't find any mode of communication except feedback section in this portal. Please take severe action against them.
18 Vijay Kumar M 9032106918 vijaykumar.power@gmail.com I am one of the victims of the builder "Vikhyath infra developers". They are selling plots without sharing full details of the project and when customer cancels the plot booking he/she will be humiliated in various ways. Customer had to call 100's of times, visit their offices multiple times, etc and yet no proper response. Last Oct I booked a plot which was misrepresented to be residential zone and hmda letter was not shared until I pay 5.5 lakh. When I realised that it's peri-urban zone I cancelled my plot booking. From past 5 months I am trying to get my amount from this company. They are saying that there is no cancellation policy in their company and my plot needs to be sold to someone else so that I get my amount. And some of company staff have blocked my number and few don't respond properly. I have sent legal notice too last month and it was ignored too. They are saying that they will deduct 40% amount as per their company's policy. Why should I have to suffer all this, which is due to their mistake of selling plots by hiding zonal details. You must take some action against them as there are so many such other cases with Vikhyath infra developers.
19 G Devendranath 9440072717 nathdott1@gmail.com Cancel one of the two registration numbers issued to Pacificana 2.Itiis misleading the buyers and helping the builder to get extension of time 3 years before the expiry of first registration validity.Bulder is using the second registration number and trying to convice the existing buyers to cancel the bookings with a promise of returning the money with in 90 days with out any intrest.Second registration number is helping builder to sell his inventory for higher price.Cancel one registration number immediately.
