Contrary to the briefing we had about action against complaint filed against a builder( we are told there shall be an inspection to the site), the action seems to be very casual defeating the purpose of the complaint. I feel the process of filing complaint and action thereupon should be automated so that there is more transparency in the process. |

I am one of the complainant in the complaint filed against DLF Gayathri on 26.09.2022 on which notice were issued to DLF Gayathri and other builders giving them time to reply within 15 days. Request to kindly update on the status of this notice, is there any reply from DLF Gayathri or any other builder? The complain has not been actioned upon even after multiple reminders and attempt to reach out to your good office. Inaction from the office have made the RERA office in Telangana toothless and joke in the hands of the real estate builders.Appreciate if the mandate set by the esteemed organisation can be set in place rather than just a paper service. |
