Inaction from the office have made the RERA office in Telangana toothless and joke in the hands of the real estate builders.Appreciate if the mandate set by the esteemed organisation can be set in place rather than just a paper service. |

We booked a flat in pacifica hillcrest, hyderabad on august 9th. We cancelled within 1 week of booking. We paid 1lakh as booking amount. We asked for refund. They told they will refund only 41k . But as per RERA policies either 10% or no amount ahould be deducted from the booking amount. But they pacifica management is not willing to pay complete amount. They are willing to refund only 40k and that is not yet refunded till now even after 5months of cancellation. Please help us on this. |
