||I would like to complain about a builder in Telangana who has extorted money asking for a much higher amount than that shown on paper. Also, due to the COVID situation the bank had an issue processing the loan, due to which the builder is asking for an exorbitant amount of interest for registration. Please suggest the an officer who can catch the bad guys and get us justice for the flat we've put our life's earnings into.
